THE Capital was established in 2016. The Private Equity fund, initiated by MOOC-CN Education(a wholly owned subsidiary of Tsinghua Holding Co Ltd), was a culture and education focused fund. Relying on the strong industry background of Tsinghua University, THE Capital is committed to building the most influential education fund in China.
STRENGTH

The fund's main management team, with a strong industry background of education and excellent investment research capabilities, comes from the education industry and CICC. Meanwhile, the core founders have an average of 10+ years of capital market experience, so they are practically experienced in pricing，IPO and M&A in the capital market.
INTEGRATION

Taking advantage of our strong brand potential and rich industry resources, our fund focuses on post-investment services as well as assisting in the development of invested companies. On the basis of capital cooperation, THE Capital will promote the deep communication among the invested enterprises, Tsinghua University and the online education research center of the Ministry of Education.
