Dr. Zhang is the founding partner of THE Capital with ten years  experience in the sales and trading department and investment management department of CICC. During her tenure at CICC, she deeply participated in the IPO projects of Alibaba, COFCO Pack, China South Railway, Agricultural Bank of China, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China , etc., as well as the privatization of companies such as Bona Film, Focus Media, Baby Tree and UXIN Used Car .

Dr. Zhang holds Hong Kong No. 1, No. 4 and No. 9 financial licenses. She has extensive domestic and foreign equity investment experience and is good at trading structure design. Personal historical investment cases include: Baby Tree, UXIN Used Car, Idreamsky Games, IAT Automobile, Changba, etc.

Ms. Zhang obtained a Ph.D. and a master's degree in computer science and technology from Tsinghua University.

Dr. Ju is a partner of THE Capital. She once served as a finance master‘s tutor in China University of Petroleum, a macroeconomist in the research department of CICC, and a research director in a multi-billion-level asset management platform.

Dr. Ju has a deep understanding of domestic macroeconomic trends and corporate finance. she had worked with renowned economist Dr. Ha Jiming for a long time . Besides she had written some macro research reports and government-appointed projects, and published 3 academic papers. Personal historical investment cases include: NIO Automobile, GCL New Energy, Far Eastern Horizon, Eco-Tec Asia, SinoMab BioScience, PGYER.com, World Wide Welding, etc.

Ms. Ju obtained a doctorate in management from Tsinghua University and a master's degree in economics from Peking University.

Mr. Zhou joined the company in August 2016 and is currently focusing on investment opportunities in the online education sector.

Prior to joining THE Capital, Mr. Zhou was an analyst in CICC Research department, mainly covering Alibaba, Baidu, Tencent, Netease, Jingdong, Ctrip, Sohu and other well-known domestic Internet company stocks.

Mr. Zhou holds a bachelor's degree in finance and mathematics from Washington University in St. Louis.

Dr. Wang joined the company in May 2017 and is currently focusing on investment opportunities in pre-school and teacher training.

Prior to joining THE Capital, Dr. Wang worked in China Sinochem Group and has working experience in the CSRC.

Mr. Wang , CPA, holds a Ph.D. in Accounting from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics, a Masters in Accounting from Central University of Finance and Economics.

 

Mr. Gao joined the company in February 2017 and is currently focusing on investment opportunities in education informatization and private schools.

Prior to joining THE Capital, Mr. Gao worked at CICC.

Mr. Gao holds a master's degree in finance from Tsinghua University and a bachelor's degree in finance from Peking University.
