This round of financing was led by THE Capital , and Legend Capital participated in the investment, with a post-money valuation of $1.1 billion. This financing means that after Netease Cloud Music and NetEase Weiyang, Netease Youdao has become the third independent financing brand of Netease, and is simultaneously among the China Internet Unicorn Club.
